What if I the product is received in damaged condition?

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at 9500094822 or email us at parijatcollections@gmail.com mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.

What about international shipping?

We ship our orders internationally. The shipping charge will be calculated separately based on weight and to which country the parcel is to be shipped. All international shipping will be done through reputed courier companies. 

What are the international shipping rates?

The Shipping rates are based on weight slabs of 500 gm and are separated into shipping zones. Basically what this means, the more you order the more you save on shipping.

Why is there a two types of shipping for my country?

The shipping for countries like USA, Australia, New Zealand are given two types of Shipping: Express Shipping (UPS, DHL, Fedex) & EMS (International Post). The basic difference is the cost and speed of delivery. The delivery time for Express is 4 to 5 working days and for EMS it is 8 to 12 working days.

Why is there a delay in getting the international tracking details?

While we strictly adhere to the same day dispatch policy (except sunday), there is the added procedure of customs verification for international shipments. Hence there will be a delay in updating the tracking info.
