RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
You can apply for a return or exchange within 48 Hours after the product is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Damaged / Defective
- In the same condition that you received it
- Enclosed in the original packaging
Returns will not be entertained for reasons of slight difference in color or Feel of Material.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com requesting for exchange and send your item along with the invoice or proof of purchase to:
You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach us may vary.
If you are shipping an item, consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Once we approve the exchange, we will get personally in touch with you on our procedure to process the exchange.
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person.
Refunds once eligible will be given equivalent store credit or will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order.
- Orders can be cancelled before shipment.
- For Outright Cancellations, Please do so within 24 hours after Placing the order
- After the shipment is made and you receive the waybill number, we'll not be able to cancel the order.
- If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product
